Feeling really lonely today and a bit depressed. I can't really pinpoint the feelings. Maybe it's just boredom.

Really fighting emotional eating today. Good thing I don't have any junk food in the house. Except for the pizza Mister insisted on getting to watch the hockey game.

Feeling so... blah...

EDIT: I ate 3 servings of Tater Tots (480 calories) and a small slice of pepperoni pizza. Boo.


  1. I normally try to sleep a bit more, get some sunshine (Vitamin D) and exercise. All of this boosts my mood considerably.

  2. I have been feeling the same way this week. I don't know what's going on either, I can't pinpoint any particular reason. Maybe it's the weather, the heat is really getting to me. I am trying to focus on why I am doing this, not only to lose weight but for my health. Also when I continue to make healthy choices it boosts my morale. I hope the rest of your week goes better.
