WEll, I am officially back to work after 2 weeks of holidays. I've gained, I'm sure like most people. I gained more than I would have liked though. However, I ate terribly and I knew it the whole time. However, I continued to work out, just not at my regular pace.
It's Monday and I am now back at it for serious- tracking and exercising. Eating healthy and drinking water.
I think this is my year.
