Total: - 17.8 lbs

I've been a bit absent from the blogosphere this week. I had a professional development course this week and it really sucked the life out of me. Sitting in a class room for 7 hours for 3 days straight- not super fun, but I learned a lot!

As you will notice, I am above 200 today. I admit, eating hasn't been great and I haven't done much exercise besides walking a lot. I'm also have a visitor this week, so I am a bit bloaty. I assume it is mostly that. Plus, Saturdays seem to be my skinny days!

  2. I'm sure you are right, probably just water retention. Changes in your usual routine do tend to throw things off. You are doing great, I hope that you have a great weekend!
